What we collect

Through the inquiry form we collect your company name, contact person, business email, country, the details of your requirement and any files you upload. We do not ask for more than we need to respond.

Why we use it

We use this information only to evaluate your inquiry, prepare a quotation and communicate with you about it. For clients in the EU and EEA, the legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting and form processing

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Inquiry form submissions, including uploaded files, are processed and stored by Netlify on our behalf and forwarded to our email. Netlify may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your drawings and files

Technical drawings, specifications and product information are treated as confidential business information. They are not shared with partner workshops unless you agree, and then only to the extent needed for the agreed work.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to cooperation are deleted after [retention period]. Information related to orders is kept as long as required by applicable law.
