What we make, and what we make it from.
Our in-house processes, the materials they suit, and how we review your drawings. Organised by process and material, not by machine list.
Our own workshop, our own hands.
These operations run on REZON equipment, operated by our own team.
Where a project needs operations outside our in-house setup, we assess whether they can be organised through partner workshops in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and we tell you which operations would be coordinated before you commit.
How the work actually happens.
Four of the operations we run every day, shown step by step.
The sheet goods and plastics we work with.
Plywood
Birch and other laminated plywood grades for components, furniture parts, fixtures and display structures.
Wood & wood-based panels
Solid wood parts, MDF and other engineered panels for furniture, interior and panel-based assemblies.
PMMA / acrylic
Clear, coloured and opal acrylic for cut, engraved, bent and printed components and assemblies.
Compatible technical plastics
Selected sheet plastics for machined and fabricated parts. Each grade is checked against the process before we quote.
Composite & ACM panels
Aluminium composite and similar panels, processed by CNC and printing. Not cut on our CO₂ lasers.
Other materials
Not on this list? Send the specification. We review it and tell you honestly whether and how it can be processed.
Which process works on which material.
A quick guide to supported combinations. Grade and thickness always decide the final answer.

CO₂ lasers do not cut metals or aluminium composite panels. PVC and other chlorine-containing plastics are never laser-processed.
Laser cutting of plywood and wood-based panels depends on thickness and glue type; thicker sheets are routed on CNC.
Many parts. One delivered product.
Multi-material products are planned as a whole. Each part goes to the right process, then everything is assembled, checked and packed as one unit.

Every drawing is assessed individually.
We don't publish blanket tolerances or sheet sizes. We check your part against what it actually needs.
- Feasibility — can the part be made as drawn, and with which process?
- Tolerances — what the part requires, and what each process can hold in that material.
- Dimensions — part size against working areas and available sheet formats.
- Machining processes — the best route, in-house or coordinated.
- Quantities — first batch, repeat volumes and how they affect set-up and cost.
- Delivery conditions — packing, lead time and agreed delivery terms.
